Moss Creek Greenway Petition

We’re asking for your help by signing the petition to connect the existing land owned by the town of Matthews to the Four Mile Creek Greenway.

Currently, residents must walk without sidewalks to the Clearbrook Rd greenway access, or up to the Matthews Community Center and access it through the elementary school bus lot or gravel walkway. Neighbors have reported individuals walking through yards and overgrown underbrush that abut the greenway in order to access it – having a clear access point to cross the creek onto the greenway would enhance safety for all pedestrians in the neighborhood.

The proposed greenway access sits between 706 and 712 Moss Creek Drive.
